Terms and Conditions
1. Appointment Booking & Payments
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person. A valid debit or credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Your card details are securely stored and encrypted via our booking platform. Following your appointment, the full cost of your treatment will be charged to the stored card.
By booking with us, you consent to the storage of your card details and to us charging the card for the full treatment amount after the service is completed, as well as for any applicable fees under these terms.
2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: No charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
No-shows: 75% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, this is not guaranteed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling with applicable fees.
If Dr and Skin cancels or reschedules your appointment, you will be offered the choice to rebook at a convenient time or receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
3. Treatment Suitability & Results
All treatments require a full consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on clinical or ethical grounds.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Follow-up or repeat treatments may be required to achieve and maintain optimal results. Clients are responsible for adhering to all post-treatment care instructions.
4. Risks & Side Effects
All procedures carry a degree of risk. Common side effects include redness, swelling, bruising, and discomfort at the injection or treatment site.
A full discussion of potential risks will take place before any treatment is administered, and your informed consent will be obtained.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and current medications prior to treatment.
5. Medical Suitability
Treatments are provided only when deemed safe and appropriate by the treating clinician.
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures prior to undergoing treatment.
Some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, and these will not be provided under such circumstances.
6. Payments & Packages
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For treatment packages (e.g. 3 treatments over 3 months), the total cost will be evenly split and charged monthly.
All treatments included in a package must be used within 12 months of the first appointment.
Pre-paid sessions are non-transferable and may be refunded only at our discretion, minus the cost of used sessions and an administrative fee.
7. Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are available once a service has been provided.
Refunds are not given for perceived lack of results unless there has been a clinical error.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
All client data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Medical records and photographs are securely stored and accessible only to authorised staff.
With your written consent, anonymised before-and-after images may be used for educational or marketing purposes.
9. Practitioner Discretion
Clinicians reserve the right to refuse treatment for any reason they deem clinically or ethically appropriate, including but not limited to unrealistic expectations, unsuitable medical history, or suspected body dysmorphic disorder.
10. Zero Tolerance Policy
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. Any breach will result in immediate termination of care and refusal of future services.
11. Complaints & Feedback
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns in accordance with our complaints policy.
