Subscription Payment Terms & Conditions

Applies to all treatment packages paid in instalments via monthly subscription.

1. Payment Commitment

By enrolling in a subscription-based treatment plan, you agree to complete the full course of treatment as discussed during your consultation. The total cost and number of payments will be confirmed with you before starting.

Your payments will be collected in equal monthly instalments through our secure booking system, until the total package cost has been paid in full.

This is a course-based plan, not a pay-per-session model. Each payment forms part of a binding agreement to complete the full treatment course.

2. What Your Subscription Covers

Your subscription includes:

A set number of treatment sessions as outlined in your plan

Clinical consultation, aftercare guidance, and review (if applicable)

Use of premium-grade products and consumables

Validity period for completing sessions, usually within 3 to 6 months

Missed appointments do not pause or cancel the subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Once your first treatment session has been completed, payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the course is finished. This is due to the allocation of clinical time, consumables, and planning.

Cancellations prior to your first treatment must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.

4. Failed Payments & Suspension

If any payment is missed, declined, or cancelled:

Remaining treatments will be put on hold

We will contact you to resolve the payment

We reserve the right to cancel remaining sessions if payments are not resumed within 7 days

5. Medical Exemptions

If you are medically unable to continue treatment (e.g. due to pregnancy, medication changes, or newly identified contraindications), we may offer credit, rescheduling, or deferral options at our discretion.

Proof may be requested.

6. No Substitutions

Each subscription plan is specific to a treatment package. Sessions cannot be exchanged or transferred to other treatments or individuals unless agreed in writing by the clinic.

7. Treatment Validity

All sessions included in the package must be used within a reasonable time frame — typically within 6 months of the first session — unless otherwise agreed. Delays due to medical or clinical reasons may be accommodated.

You commit to completing the full treatment and payment plan

You have read and understood the clinic’s general cancellation and consent policies
