1. Treatment & Pricing

Dermal filler treatments are customised to each individual. The amount of product required varies depending on your aesthetic goals, anatomy, and clinical assessment.

As such, exact pricing cannot be confirmed prior to your consultation and assessment on the day of treatment.

We will always discuss and agree on the estimated amount of product to be used, the treatment area(s), and the total cost before proceeding.

Ballpark pricing will be provided as a guideline to help you understand expected costs. The final cost will reflect the actual amount of filler used.

2. Card Details & Payment

We securely store your card details via our payment system in accordance with PCI compliance.

No charges will be made to your card without your explicit verbal and/or written consent after finalising the treatment plan on the day.

Once the treatment is completed and the agreed volume of filler administered, payment will be processed on the same day via the stored payment method.

3. Medical Suitability

You will be required to complete a medical history and consent form prior to treatment.

Treatment may be declined if deemed not medically appropriate or if there are contraindications during the consultation.

4. Results & Risks

While we strive for excellent outcomes, results may vary between individuals.

Your practitioner will explain potential risks, side effects, and aftercare in detail before proceeding.
